Owen is fifteen years old, and has been working on the streets for about one year now. After sixth grade Owen was unable to attend public school, but thankfully he now attends the PSLC class at Agape House where he excels in his learning. He is the youngest child in a family of five children. In order to find work, his mother went to Lilongwe while Owen stayed in Blantyre. He enjoys going to City Pentecost Church.
Each week our staff enjoys interviewing the children. Here are Owen’s responses:

Heavenly Father, we praise you for the life you have created in Owen. We know his life is in your hands and in your care. You watch over him perfectly. Your love for him is never ending. Let him grow in the knowledge of being your child. Thank you for adopting him into your family. Bless him with all of his needs. In Jesus’ name.
